ECFS is dedicated to bringing professional medical billing, EHR and other practice management solutions to the practice we partner with. Our goal is to help practices focus on patient care while increasing revenue. Our mission is to provide medical practice a better back office solution.

ECFS was founded July 1, 1991 in Oklahoma City. Originally ECFS met the medical billing needs of small to mid size physician practices. As our services expanded to meet the growing needs of our clients, our insight into what makes a successful physician's office grew as well. We began focusing on administrative task allowing providers to better focus on patient care. Today ECFS has grown into a complete practice consulting company providing medical billing services, EHR installation, training and maintenance, HIPAA compliance and much more.

Healthcare is a dynamic industry. Keeping up with current compliance guidelines is one of the many ways we show our commitment to our clients. We are HIPAA compliant and have a formal written compliance program. We are continually refining and updating our compliance program to stay current with laws and regulations defining our industry.

We believe in responsibility to the communities we serve. Day to day we run our business with the goal to minimize our paper consumption and recycle items with the appropriate focus on protecting confidential and protected health information. ECFS utilizes technology to enable electronic receipt of claims, superbills, patient charts, EOB's and many other paper based forms of information.
